For the purpose of this Rental Listing Agreement between Hillman Real Estate and the Owner / Landlord, for the purposes of this agreement, the licensed Real Estate Broker/Brokerage shall be referred to as the ("Listing Broker") or ("Hillman Real Estate") and the Owner/Landlord shall be referred to as the ("Landlord"), while the rental unit for lease shall be referred to as the ("Property"). The following terms are as follows:
§ 7. MLS Marketing Booster: YES
Seller has authorized us to create a secondary MLS listing for the said property in order to increase online marketing exposure by publishing the property on two MLS platforms. Seller will receive 2 MLS numbers/listings. (+$100.00).
§ 7. MLS Marketing Booster: NO
Seller does not want us to create a secondary MLS listing for the said property in order to increase online marketing exposure by publishing the property on two MLS platforms ($0.00).
